Meet the Team

Steve is the Founder and Director of Everybody Active (EBA). With over 20 years’ experience of working in sport and community development, education and working with children and young people. Steve brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to team.

Throughout his working career Steve has worked with some of the UK’s leading sports, youth and volunteering charities and organisation’s, striving to ensure young people regardless of there circumstance are included and encouraged to take part in sport and physical activity.

Starting Everybody Active has been a goal for Steve over a number of years, utilising his knowledge and experience to make a positive impact. Everybody Active has been created to support children and young people understanding and shaping their personal journey, with a key focus on improving their physical, social, mental health and wellbeing.
Alongside this work Everybody Active offer a consultancy service to sport and youth organisations, education provisions and business. To develop their practices and engagement for young people.

Steve has a reputation for being dedicated, passionate and youth focused in his work, advocating and encouraging young people to be heard and lead a positive life.
